Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cozeytech@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not accept returns on used or damaged items caused by misuse.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
